Georgia Lemon Law Complaint Form | PDF | File Online

The Georgia Lemon Law provides a legal ground for consumers’ to seek arbitration or even pursue a civil suit if they have been treated unscrupulously when purchasing a new vehicle. The Georgia Office of Consumer Protection will accept complaints from consumers in such a situation.
How To File
Step 1 – Go to the Georgia Governor’s Office of Consumer Protection webpage. Locate the dropdown menu for ‘Consumer Services‘ (near the top left) then Select ‘Filing a Complaint‘.
Step 2 – Click on whether to complete the Fillable Adobe PDF Version or the Online Version.
Online Form
Fill out the Online Complaint Form then select ‘Next’ The Office will then send detailed instructions and eligibility requirements. However these can be found in the Consumer Services menu as well. It would be advisable to explore all the links provided in the ‘Lemon Law’ Section of the ‘Consumer Services’ drop down menu before filing a complaint.
PDF Form
The Fillable Adobe PDF Version may be completed on your computer or by hand after printing. After the document is finalized it may be sent to the Georgia Office of Consumer Protection.
